Channel Metadata Tool is a small command-line program that runs on its owner's own computer. It sets titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and scheduled publication times on videos belonging to a single YouTube channel — the owner's own.
It is not a product, not a service, and not available to other people. There is no website to sign up to, no account to create and no server: the program runs locally, talks directly to the YouTube Data API, and stores its authorisation token on the owner's own machine. This page exists because Google requires an application that uses YouTube API Services to publish a home page, a privacy policy and terms of service at a stable address.
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and data handled through those services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
