Channel Metadata Tool (“the application”) is a personal command-line program written and operated by Taher Rhouma for use on his own YouTube channel. It is not offered, sold, licensed or distributed to anyone else, and there is no registration, subscription or account.
The application is authorised for use by its owner only, on channels that its owner controls. No permission is granted to any other person to operate it or to use the OAuth credentials associated with it.
The application uses YouTube API Services. Anyone operating it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data handled through those services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. The application is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their affiliates.
How the application accesses, stores and uses information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time via Google Account permissions.
The application is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may fail, may stop working if Google changes its APIs, and may produce incorrect results. It is used at its operator's own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from use of the application, including loss of data or unintended changes to video metadata.
These terms may be revised. Any revision will be published at this address and the date above updated.
